Encore Mechanical in Southlake, TX is seeking an enthusiastic Planned Maintenance Agreement Sales Representative to grow our commercial HVAC maintenance business in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. You’ll identify prospective clients, build relationships, present maintenance benefits, schedule meetings, and collaborate with the service team to develop proposals. A base salary plus commission offers earning stability and growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to businesses for planned maintenance agreements.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Explain benefits of regular HVAC maintenance including fewer breakdowns and longer equipment life.
• Schedule meetings with potential customers and follow up on opportunities.
• Collaborate with service team to understand customer needs and develop maintenance proposals.
• Grow Encore Mechanical's planned maintenance customer base.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, prospects, and sales activity.
