Crystal Heating and Cooling is seeking a Commercial HVAC Business Development Representative to expand our commercial maintenance footprint in the Greater St. Louis area.

This in-office role involves frequent local travel and meeting with decision-makers to introduce Crystal and grow a robust pipeline. You will identify maintenance needs, present service options, and convert opportunities into recurring commercial business, while building long-term customer relationships and maximizing earnings

Qualifications

• Experience selling commercial HVAC solutions and maintenance programs.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage long‑term relationships.
• Strong prospecting, networking and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new commercial customers in the local market.
• Visit businesses and introduce Crystal Heating and Cooling.
• Connect with facility/managers, owners and decision-makers.
• Identify maintenance opportunities and present programs.
• Prepare proposals and follow up consistently.
• Network and develop referral relationships.
• Build long‑term relationships with commercial accounts.
• Identify replacement opportunities and generate more HVAC opportunities.
• Manage your prospect and sales pipeline.
• Maintain relationships after agreements are signed.
