Job summary

Versa Mechanical in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Dispatcher to support our service technicians and customers. This role manages incoming calls, schedules routine maintenance, and dispatches technicians to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, hourly pay with performance-based bonuses, and benefits including health insurance, life and disability coverage, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial HVAC dispatching.
• Proficiency with dispatch software such as ServiceTitian, Field Edge or similar tools.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and invoicing.
• Advanced customer service skills and professionalism.
• Basic accounting or accounts receivable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls
• Receiving service requests via calls, emails and account managers
• Dispatching commercial Service Technicians
• Scheduling routine/annual maintenance
• Building small quotes for technicians
• Close out calls with technicians and ensure invoices and material allocations are correct
• Time tracking and time spent on jobs on invoices/time cards
• Order parts as needed
• Warranty registration
• Daily work in ServiceTitian

We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Dispatcher to support our service technicians and customers.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour + performance-based bonuses

What You Will Be Doing:

• Answering incoming calls
• Receiving service requests via incoming calls, emails and account managers
• Dispatching commercial Service Technicians
• Scheduling routine/ annual maintenance
• Responsible for building small quotes for technicians
• Close out calls with technicians after service calls - insure invoices are closed out properly and material are allocated correctly
• Time allocated and time spent on jobs is correct on invoices and time card
• Order parts as needed
• Warranty registration
• Daily work in ServiceTitian

What We Are Looking For:

• Commercial HVAC Dispatching experience
• Experience with ServiceTitian, Field Edge, in-house pro, or similar dispatching software
• High attention to detail
• Advanced customer service skills
• Basic accounting or AR experience is ideal
