Job summary

CMC Corporate Solutions, a Louisiana-based HVAC service provider, seeks a dispatcher to efficiently assign and dispatch technicians to customer sites in the Baton Rouge, New Orleans and Mississippi commercial group. The dispatcher reports to the Service Manager and supports administrative functions.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of dispatch experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Coins service software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of proven service dispatch experience preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC systems and components preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of company policies and procedures, processes, Team Member expectations, and quality and safety standards necessary to represent CMC Corporate Solutions in a professional manner.
• Become proficient with the company’s service / accounting / management software. (Coins)
• Answers phone and emails and transfer as necessary.
• Generates service calls.
• Dispatches technicians and maintains dispatch board.
• Assists with parts ordering.
• Maintains the on-call schedule.
• Performs non-specific duties that arise in support of our team's efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.

CMC Corporate Solutions, a Louisiana-based commercial and industrial HVAC service provider, is looking for team members to enhance its rapidly growing Baton Rouge, New Orleans & Mississippi commercial group.

Job Summary:

The Dispatcher is primarily responsible for assigning and dispatching technicians to appropriate locations. The Dispatcher reports to the Service Manager and supports administration functions.

Requirements:

• Ability to read, comprehend and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other Team Members.
• Must be detailed and customer service oriented, possess organizational skills, and be able to work well with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
