Roto-Rooter, America’s premier plumbing and drain cleaning company, has an opening for a Commercial Business Manager at our West Bay branch in East Palo Alto, CA. The role focuses on growing commercial sales by developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing commercial customers, and by promoting all lines of business to this segment.

You will lead the commercial jetting and sales team, supervise field staff, and participate in local trade associations and events.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of sales and management experience.
• Commercial sales experience with proven year-over-year growth.

Aufgaben

• Develop additional business opportunities by selling maintenance and priority care programs.
• Visit commercial customers in the field to build relationships.
• Assist National Sales Team with work orders and paperwork required for jet technicians and field supervisors.
• Conduct job completion follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee scheduling of jet techs and field supervisors to meet goals.
• Join local trade associations and participate in events when applicable.
• Provide coaching to technicians and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Develop relationships with customers to build loyalty.
