The role focuses on growing commercial sales by developing relationships with new and existing customers, promoting all lines of business, and supervising the commercial jetting and sales team. This position offers a competitive salary with potential branch performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of sales and management experience.
• Commercial Sales experience with proven year-over-year growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop additional business opportunities by selling Roto-Rooter's programs.
• Spend majority of time field-visiting commercial customers and building relationships.
• Assist National Sales Team with processing work orders and ensure paperwork is compliant.
• Conduct job completion follow-up with customers.
• Manage productivity of jet techs and field supervisors to meet goals.
• Join local trade associations and participate in tradeshow events.
• Provide coaching to staff to improve performance.
• Oversee scheduling to ensure adequate manpower.
• Develop relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
