• At least 5 years of sales and management experience.
• Commercial sales experience with proven year-over-year growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop additional business opportunities by selling maintenance and priority care programs.
• Spend majority of time in the field visiting customers and building relationships.
• Assist National Sales Team with processing work orders and ensuring paperwork aligns with procedures.
• Conduct job follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage productivity of jet technicians and field supervisors to meet goals.
• Join local trade associations and participate in events when applicable.
• Provide coaching to jet technicians and field supervisors.
• Oversee scheduling to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
