Job summary

Page Executive is recruiting a Senior Manager, Commercial Finance & FP&A to partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and executive leadership. You will lead revenue forecasting, pricing analysis, and profitability modeling to drive profitable growth across the business.

Reporting to the CFO, you will develop data-driven insights, build executive dashboards, and mentor junior finance staff. The role offers hybrid work and strong career progression within a consumer-products oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or product-driven business.
• Strong background in FP&A, commercial finance, sales finance, revenue management, or business partnering.
• Proven experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or Commercial teams.
• Expertise in pricing analysis, margin management, and profitability modeling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience presenting financial insights to senior management.
• Exposure to data analytics tools and large data sets is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Commercial Leadership to drive profitable growth initiatives.
• Lead revenue forecasting, sales planning, and commercial performance analysis.
• Evaluate pricing strategies, customer profitability, margin optimization, and promotional effectiveness.
• Develop data-driven insights that connect commercial activities to financial outcomes.
• Support new product initiatives through forecasting, profitability modeling, and business case development.
• Analyze promotional programmes and marketing investments to improve return on investment.
• Create executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior leadership.
• Build financial models to evaluate strategic opportunities and business initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy and commercial decision-making.
• Identify process improvements and enhance analytical capabilities across the finance organization.
• Mentor and develop junior finance talent within a growing finance function.
