The role focus includes pricing analysis, forecasting, and strategic financial planning in coordination with FP&A and Commercial teams.

The candidate will partner with Sales leadership, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and influence pricing strategies across regional markets. Chicago, IL area.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a finance business partner role.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Present insights to leadership and translate data into recommendations.
• Analyze performance and pricing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain pricing models to support strategic decisions including price promotions.
• Partner with Commercial teams to align pricing with market dynamics and goals.
• Lead planning and forecasting for key P&L areas.
• Support accounting close and price increase cycles.
• Own regional P&L and advise regional sales teams.
