Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance (Logistics) to serve as the primary Finance Business Partner to the Logistics organization in Chicago. This role focuses on strategic decisions across transportation, warehousing, productivity initiatives, and supply chain operations, blending financial and operational insight to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, or related field.
Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business planning processes.
Proven ability to partner with operational leaders and influence decision-making.
Experience presenting financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead Finance Business Partner for the Logistics function.
Partner with Logistics leaders to support transportation networks, warehousing operations, freight spend, cost drivers, demand forecasts, and operational challenges.
Provide financial guidance and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end financial processes for Logistics.
Deliver accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and business insights.
Develop meaningful financial models and performance reporting that support decision-making.
