Job summary

Mark Anthony Group in Chicago is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance (Logistics) to serve as the primary Finance Business Partner to the Logistics organization, guiding decisions across transportation, warehousing, productivity initiatives, and supply chain operations.

This role blends financial expertise with operational insight to identify opportunities, drive improvement, and partner with leadership to optimize costs and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, or a related field.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business planning processes.
• Proven ability to partner with operational leaders and influence decision-making.
• Experience presenting financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Business Partner for the Logistics function.
• Partner closely with Logistics leaders to support and understand transportation networks, warehousing operations, freight spend, cost drivers, demand forecasts, and operational challenges.
• Provide financial guidance and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
• Develop meaningful financial models and performance reporting that support decision-making.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
