Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a Manager, Commercial Finance to partner with the commercial organization, delivering analytical rigor and data-driven narratives for pricing and top-line planning. You will report to the Senior Director of Commercial Finance and support sales leadership, product management, and customer operations.

Responsibilities include recurring commercial reporting, sales incentive administration, and ROI/NPV modeling for new products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of corporate finance experience with exposure to commercial finance, pricing, or revenue management.
• Strong financial modeling, including product forecasts, P&L analysis, and NPV models.
• Excellent communication to translate data for sales leadership and executives.
• High proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Oracle, Salesforce, or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring commercial reporting.
• Manage sales incentive plan administration.
• Support pricing governance through Revenue Council.
• Perform ROI/NPV modeling for new product development.
• Lead a small team (2 direct reports) and contribute to career progression.
