Job summary

GEODIS seeks a Senior Finance Manager – Commercial to lead business planning, provide financial support to market line operations, KAM, and campus accounts. You will partner with leaders to drive profitability and improvement initiatives across the organization.

You will oversee commercial finance, develop metrics, manage pricing and contracts, and guide billing and profitability forecasting. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years’ related experience and/or training.
• Financial modeling experience required.
• Proficient in Excel; able to read and interpret financial documents.
• Knowledge of GAAP and ability to communicate complex data.
• Ability to write routine reports and present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics to measure growth, improve profitability, control expenses, and boost productivity.
• Lead revenue assurance with CPI, price increases, scope compliance, and billing reviews.
• Interpret financial data and advise on operational changes.
• Identify risks and opportunities and partner with leadership to address them.
• Manage CL minor deals (<$2M revenue) and pricing/relocation requests.
• Support reviews of customer proposals, renewals, and profitability forecasts.
• Oversee finance analysts and KPIs for KAM, market line, and operations.
• Travel up to 25%.
