Job summary

The Brenntag North America, Inc. Commercial Excellence Project Manager will partner with BSP leadership to drive sales strategy execution and improve results across the ROC.

You will align Salesforce capabilities, manage adoption, and promote harmonized processes with the Sales Force IT center, while coaching Sales-Industry managers and executives. Travel up to 10% is expected; a business English proficiency is required, with strong data analysis and communication skills to support reporting and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and strong CRM/Salesforce capability
• 5 years sales or marketing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Propose and plan initiatives to achieve commercial excellence in the assigned focus industry organization
• Develop and maintain market know-how, transparency on internal/external best practices while conducting initiative-related reporting
• Execute initiatives in line with defined targets to achieve commercial and functional excellence
• Measure and benchmark performance
• Promote the use of Brenntag Connect CRM Salesforce platform
• Suggest Salesforce functionality enhancements and expand capabilities with IT
• Improve Closing Rate of Opportunities in the pipeline
• Guide Sales-Industry Managers to elevate team performance
• Train Sales staff to effectively use Salesforce tools
• Promote Brenntag Commercial Behavior through harmonized processes
