Job summary

CHEP, part of Brambles, is seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager to optimize sales processes and CRM-enabled execution across the organization. The role focuses on aligning commercial activities with demand planning, improving forecast accuracy, and reducing costs.

You will partner with Sales, Analytics, CX, and Technology to champion data-driven improvements and broad adoption of best practices. The position emphasizes strategic yet hands-on leadership, change management, and leveraging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant business experience.
• Formal training or certification in process improvement, change management, project management or Salesforce.
• Experience with CRM-enabled sales execution and commercial analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve core commercial processes/key indicators, including opportunity management and CRM-enabled selling.
• Embed proactive customer management practices with alerts, insights and defined intervention playbooks.
• Own the funnel governance framework, including standards, metrics and reporting requirements.
• Own commercial workflow design, driving CRM and process adoption through training and feedback loops.
• Monitor data quality and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
