Brenntag is seeking a Commercial Excellence Project Manager to drive sales strategies within Brenntag Specialties. You will align with the Commercial leadership, harmonize processes, and promote adoption of Brenntag Connect and Salesforce across teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales/marketing, strong data analytics, and fluency in Business English. Travel up to 10% and cross-cultural experience are desirable components of this role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or related fields.
• Strong CRM Salesforce knowledge; proficiency with Qlik and Excel.
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills to support cross-team efforts.
• Minimum 5 years in sales or marketing recommended.

• Propose and plan initiatives to achieve commercial excellence.
• Develop market know-how and report on best practices.
• Execute initiatives with defined targets across departments.
• Measure and benchmark performance.
• Promote Brenntag Connect CRM platform adoption.
• Suggest Salesforce enhancements and IT requirements.
• Improve closing rate in opportunity pipelines.
• Coach Sales-Industry Managers and Executives in CRM usage.
