You will collaborate with underwriting, prepare legal documents and closing statements, maintain accurate escrow records, and uphold regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

2-4 years of escrow-related experience as an Escrow Officer, preferably in Commercial
Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Detail-oriented approach
Ability to navigate internal and external resources to resolve issues
May require escrow officer certification depending upon state
Comfort working with technology and proprietary programs
Ability to adapt quickly to new software applications and technologies
High School Diploma/Equivalent

Grow and service the business by providing outstanding customer service
Complete simple and complex commercial real estate escrow transactions
Determine transaction requirements and act as a neutral liaison between buyer, seller, and lender
Work cross-functionally with Underwriting to monitor and mitigate company risk
Ensure all funds are properly accounted for and disbursed according to contract terms
Complete closings by reviewing, recording, and filing documents
Prepare and distribute final closing statements and title
Ensure adherence to delivery dates and timelines
Prepare regular escrow account status reports for transaction parties
Prepare legal documents for sale closure
Comply with and enforce regulatory requirements

Requirements
