Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Client Retention Representatives to join our Cleveland team, serving businesses throughout the Greater Akron area. You’ll work directly with business owners to review electricity and natural gas supply plans, introduce competitive supplier options, and recommend solutions that fit their needs.

You’ll primarily support existing relationships while growing your portfolio through new business development, renewals, and residual commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
