Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Client Retention Representatives to join our Pittsburgh team, serving businesses throughout the Greater Akron area.

In this role, you’ll work directly with business owners to review energy plans, present competitive supplier options, and help clients renew and grow their book of business. You’ll build lasting relationships and develop a portfolio that can deliver recurring income through renewals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Meet with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Identify opportunities to reduce energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options to fit each customer’s needs.
• Support customers through renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
• Grow your portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Travel within a 30-mile radius of the office.
