Candidates should have at least three years of electrical experience, strong blueprint reading, testing equipment skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent apprenticeship.
• Minimum of three years of electrical trade experience.
• Knowledge of safety rules and NEC.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints, diagrams.
• Experience with high and low voltage systems.
• Ability to use testing devices and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan layout and installation of wiring per specs and codes.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers and transformers.
• Test circuits with ohmmeters, voltmeters, or oscilloscopes.
• Inspect for hazards and compliance with codes.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC in commercial/residential.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
