Facilities Maintenance Management (FMM) is seeking motivated Electricians to join our team for commercial construction projects in Louisiana. Responsibilities include servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical components, reading blueprints, and ensuring safety per NEC and codes.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent apprenticeship.
• Must adhere to safety protocol and work in a drug-free environment.
• Minimum 3 years of electrical trade experience.
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations; learn client and company policy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects per FMM core values.
• Proficient in computer, text, and email; able to use testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan layout and installation of wiring per job specs and codes.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers/transformers.
• Test electrical systems for safety and functionality.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, diagrams.
• Install, maintain, and repair systems per NEC and codes.
• Collaborate with other trades to complete projects on time.
