Qualifications

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, door and hardware schedules.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, and Comsense is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist outside sales and aid customers by identifying items and using catalogs and computer systems.
• Process merchandise orders and enter data into the inventory system and billing.
• Provide pricing from budgets or plans and convert to orders; support order fulfillment.
• Maintain customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Stay current with industry standards by participating in education and reviewing technical publications.
