Job summary

APTURA Group seeks an End User Customer Service Representative to assist customers and the outside sales team by identifying needed items, using catalogs, billing orders, and updating inventory records.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, building relationships, handling calls and orders, learning products, and staying current with industry codes and standards. This role supports accurate order fulfillment and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, door and hardware schedules.
• Background in Commercial Door/Frame/Hardware CSI Division 8 and/or 10 is helpful.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, and Comsense is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent customer service with a professional and positive attitude in all interactions with customers.
• Maintain and create customer relationships.
• Answering customer calls and taking orders or directing to additional assistance.
• Learning products and how to best direct customers to the products they need.
• Staying current in industry codes and standards by participating in education webinars or reviewing technical publications.
• Using the operating system to create and release sales orders.
• Providing budget or proposal pricing by compiling field measurements and reviewing specifications and plans.
• Providing accurate information to support staff for order fulfillment.
• Performing other related duties as necessary.
