• DHI Certifications a plus.
• Experience working in Comsense is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads an interdepartmental team to complete a project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
• Outlines tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
• Conducts cost analysis and prepares budgets.
• Manages submittals and shop drawings using DFH Software/Comsense.
• Ensures compliance with codes, standards, and best practices.
