Job summary

Lawrence Doors, Inc., a leader in the commercial door industry and part of the Amarr/ASSA ABLOY Group, seeks a high-potential sales professional with 3–5 years of experience in commercial door sales, plan reading, estimating and new construction project management. You will commute to Baldwin Park, CA, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities include full plan and specification takeoffs, development of national chain accounts, closing sales, follow-ups on proposals, in-field

Qualifications

• Experience with plan takeoffs and reading specifications for commercial doors.
• Knowledge of Commercial Overhead Coiling Doors and Sectional Doors.
• Ability to read through specifications; plan reading.
• Construction knowledge is a MUST.
• English/Spanish speaking a plus.
• Project management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform full plan and specification take-offs.
• Development of new national chain accounts.
• Salesperson with high success in closing sale.
• Following up on proposals.
• In-field meetings and networking.
• Project management.
