Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Due Diligence Manager to lead risk analysis and develop budgets for land opportunities. You will manage a team of consultants and internal specialists, coordinating feasibility studies, schedules, and entitlements for new residential communities.

The role requires strong analytical skills, five years in land development or acquisition, and the ability to collaborate with engineers, architects, and public agencies. On-site work at Lennar communities is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in land development, project management or land acquisition for residential or land development firms.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and budgeting.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, engineers, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence efforts for potential land acquisitions, including feasibility studies and budgets.
• Coordinate entitlement documents, schedules, budgets, and cash flow projections.
• Review contracts, reports and development plans for feasibility and risk.
• Maintain file databases and data systems for land department.
