Qualifications

Requires 3–5 years of treasury management sales or deposit-focused banking.
Proven ability to originate new deposits via outbound prospecting and consultative selling.
Experience with treasury and cash management products and reading financial statements.

Responsibilities

Originate and close new commercial deposit relationships through outbound prospecting and referrals.
Meet or exceed quarterly/annual goals for net new deposits and treasury service attachment.
Conduct needs-based discovery reviewing cash flow and account activity to identify opportunities.
Lead with treasury management solutions to win operating balances and deepen relationships.
Prepare proposals, pricing, and RFP responses; negotiate within pricing authority.
