Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Business.
- 7+ years in commercial banking relationship management or comparable sales.
- Strong client acquisition and business development experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Understanding of commercial banking products including treasury management.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new commercial clients with revenues over $75MM.
- Drive outbound sales to generate deposits, lending, and treasury relationships.
- Use market insights to refine outreach strategies.
- Develop a strategic prospecting plan to maintain a strong pipeline.
- Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market and client outreach.
- Cultivate leads and contribute to revenue growth across teams.
