The role involves handling part numbers, sales orders, backorders, pricing questions, and coordination with warehouses. You will work with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, Logistics
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and pricing/availability checks

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers by resolving front-line issues within established timeframes.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, setups, and delivery; coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA for sales order management, pricing, and delivery processes.
• Communicate with customers, dealers, and field reps on contractual issues; escalate when needed.
• Optimize Salesforce usage to drive compliance and team performance.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for lead generation for Territory Managers.
