Job summary

Greenworks Commercial is seeking a Commercial Customer Service Support specialist in Morganton, NC, to deliver timely, accurate responses to elevated service inquiries from end users, dealers, distributors, and the sales team. You will handle part number identification, sales order entry, order expediting, and backorder resolution.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration with warehouse, after sales, finance, and product management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across multiple channels.
• Willingness to continual learning and multitask.
• Strong computer skills and navigation across multiple systems.
• Experience in OPE, material handling, or automotive preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and resolve front-line issues within timeframes.
• Diagnose errors and determine proper solutions.
• Handle pricing, order entry, and delivery inquiries with dealers.
• Use SAP S/4HANA for sales order management and availability checks.
• Coordinate with warehouse for outbound shipments.
• Support Territory Managers with lead development and dealer communications.
