Job summary

Bodycote is seeking a Commercial Systems Director to lead CRM and Power BI strategy, partnering with Sales, Operations, and Finance to optimize decision making and customer experience. The role includes governance, KPI design, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

The successful candidate will manage a small specialist team, deliver system training, and ensure data integrity while driving continuous improvement and ROI across regions.

Qualifications

• Must satisfy ITAR compliance; US citizenship or permanent residence.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years CRM management experience in a commercial environment; at least 5 in leadership roles.
• Proven CRM improvements and BI analytics experience (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management.
