Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a Commercial Analytics Director to lead our analytics and BI strategy, turning data into decisions that drive revenue and customer value. You will partner with Sales, Commercial Solutions, and Operations to deliver transparent insights across multiple channels.

The role requires 10+ years in analytics, advanced SQL, and experience building executive dashboards using Power BI/Tableau/Looker, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a quantitative field with 10+ years in commercial analytics or related area.
• Proven ability to design and lead analytics initiatives and BI strategy.
• Strong communication and storytelling for executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Define analytics strategy and BI roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
• Own KPI dashboards and data governance across commercial functions.
• Partner with Sales, Pricing, Finance to drive revenue analytics.
• Develop predictive models, segmentation, and forecasting for growth.
• Translate analysis into executive and customer‑ready materials.
