Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC seeks a Director of Enterprise Performance & Analytics to partner with Finance and the Executive Leadership Team to shape and execute the analytics strategy. You will lead BI, enterprise reporting, KPI governance, and executive dashboards, driving data-driven decisions across functions.

You'll oversee data standards, a single source of truth, and advanced analytics initiatives using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, while mentoring the analytics team.

Qualifications

• Leads enterprise BI, analytics, and reporting functions.
• Establishes KPI governance and data standards.
• Partners with execs and finance to drive value through analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the Enterprise Performance & Analytics roadmap.
• Develop enterprise dashboards and scorecards for Executive Leadership and Board reporting.
• Establish enterprise KPI governance, definitions, ownership, and reporting standards.
• Partner with FP&A to improve forecasting and long-range planning.
• Drive reporting automation and leverage AI/ML for efficiency and decision-making.
• Mentor Enterprise Performance & Analytics staff and drive adoption of governance.
