Responsibilities

• Spread financials and prepare clear credit memos for lenders.
• Assess risk, recommend loan structures and risk ratings.
• Monitor relationships through annual reviews and covenant tracking.
• Collaborate with lenders, underwriters and loan operations to keep the portfolio healthy and compliant.
