Job summary

Based in Rowland Heights (or Irvine, Arcadia, or Alhambra), this full-time, non-exempt role collaborates with Loan Operations and Accounting to ensure accurate records, regulatory compliance, and smooth loan lifecycle processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or portfolio management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CSI core banking systems experience; LaserPro familiarity.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and time-management skills.
• Mandarin language skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate commercial loan documentation using LaserPro and other approved systems.
• Boarding of new loans, renewals, and other loan transactions to the core system with post-boarding reviews.
• Post-closing and servicing activities; maintain loan records and related documentation.
• Review loan boarding, transactions, payments, and exception reports; identify errors and coordinate corrections.
• Collaborate with Loan Operations, Accounting to reconcile balances and reflect transactions in the general ledger.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements for loan operations.
• Support internal audits, regulatory examinations, and other loan-related reviews.
