Job summary

New Omni Bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor in California to ensure accurate documentation, onboarding, and ongoing processing of commercial loans from intake to post-closing. This role collaborates with lending, loan operations, and accounting to maintain compliant records and improve processing quality.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in math, accounting, or finance, at least five years in commercial lending, proficiency with LaserPro and core banking systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, accounting, finance, or related field required.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or portfolio management required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, proficiency on core banking systems with CSI preferred, familiarity with LaserPro.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate the execution of commercial loan documentation using LaserPro and other approved systems. Ensure documentation reflects approved CAR, underwriting and approval conditions, and bank policies/regulations.
• Manage the accurate and timely boarding of new loans, renewals, extensions, modifications, advances, and other loan transactions to the core system, including post-boarding reviews and call-backs.
• Perform post-closing and servicing activities, including maintenance of loan records and payoff statements; document loan-related transactions.
