Job summary

Notabene is seeking a fully qualified EU-lawyer with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to join our legal team in a hands-on, commercially minded role. You will negotiate and draft complex enterprise technology agreements, including DPAs and regulatory addenda, while supporting AI-enabled legal operations.

You will advise cross-functional teams—Sales, Customer Success, and technology—on commercial legal matters, helping to optimize contracting workflows and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Fully qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction with 3–5 years post-qualification experience.
• Extensive experience driving negotiations for complex enterprise technology agreements.
• Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks including data protection and privacy.
