Crunchbase is seeking a Commercial Counsel for AI Products to act as a key legal partner to its Sales, Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Security teams. This remote-first role focuses on managing commercial transactions, specifically SaaS and data licensing agreements, while supporting responsible AI adoption, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks across the business.

• Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including SaaS, DaaS, enterprise customer, cloud, reseller, and vendor agreements.
• Provide guidance on privacy and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA).
