Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Counsel to partner with Global Procurement and the broader business to structure, draft, and negotiate complex procurement agreements. The role can be based in Billerica, MA or another U.S. Entegris location, with remote options for the right fit.

You will advise on procurement and commercial transactions, drive contract templates and playbooks, and contribute to AI-driven solutions within the legal function while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong negotiation, drafting and issue-spotting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary legal advisor to Global Procurement and business stakeholders on commercial matters.
• Review, draft and negotiate supply, contract manufacturing, lease and other complex procurement agreements; assist with sales agreements.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice and address issues in active commercial relationships.
• Drive contract templates, positions and negotiation playbooks; improve CLM and AI-driven solutions.
• Support cross-functional initiatives across procurement, legal and business teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to protect the company while enabling business objectives.
