Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join the Law Department. The role will partner with Global Procurement and business stakeholders to structure, draft, and negotiate complex procurement agreements, including supply, contract manufacturing, and lease agreements, with additional support on sales contracts.

This position may be based in Billerica, MA or another U.S. location, with remote consideration for the right fit, reporting to the Senior Commercial Counsel at Entegris HQ.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of commercial contracting experience (procurement and/or sales agreements).
• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industries preferred; IT or SaaS agreement experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary legal advisor to Global Procurement and business stakeholders on commercial matters.
• Review, draft and negotiate supply, contract manufacturing, lease and other procurement agreements; support on sales agreements.
