Moritz is a global AI-native law firm seeking a commercial counsel to join our commercial team as a core partner in shaping product and growth. You will lead commercial work and shape how we go-to-market.

You will own commercial legal work end-to-end, draft and negotiate MSAs, contracts, and NDAs, and build legal templates to support US product adoption and scalable workflows, partnering with the founding team to guide strategic US commercial and corporate matters as we scale.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience at a law firm or in-house.
• Expert in commercial law with deep experience drafting and negotiating contracts and MSAs.
• JD and active license to practice law in any US state.
• Interest in innovation, AI and legal tech; able to operate in a fast-paced startup.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial work and shape product strategy and GTM approach.
• Own end-to-end commercial legal work: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating MSAs, contracts, NDAs.
• Help build and refine US product from a legal perspective with templates and playbooks.
• Design scalable legal workflows with the founding team to drive adoption and growth.
• Provide strategic guidance on US commercial and corporate matters as we scale.
