Job summary

Landmark Builders in Charlotte, NC seeks a full-time Estimator to join its preconstruction team. The role covers all market segments and delivery methods, from design-build to lump-sum projects, and requires coordination with clients, designers, and subcontractors to produce accurate, well-documented estimates.

With 5–10+ years in commercial construction estimating and a bachelor’s degree, you will lead takeoffs, pricing, and supplier quotes, manage scope reviews, and help prequalified

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
5–10+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
Proficiency with Excel and estimating software.

Responsibilities

Study plans and specs and visit sites to confirm requirements.
Coordinate with preconstruction team to deliver accurate estimates.
Provide detailed estimates with supporting takeoffs and vendor quotes.
Coordinate scope reviews with subcontractors and suppliers to avoid gaps.
