Job summary

Monteith Construction is seeking a Project Manager for commercial construction in Raleigh, NC. You will plan, direct, and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of construction PM experience, a related degree, and strong communication skills. Procore, Newforma, and Primavera P6 experience is preferred; LEED training is encouraged. NC/SC travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of construction project management experience.
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with project management software (Procore, Newforma, etc.).
• Ability to read and understand construction schedules; Primavera P6 experience preferred.
• LEED AP or LEED training encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate multiple construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Communicate with Project Superintendents to maintain schedule and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, costings, change orders, and cash flow.
• Review drawings and specifications with Architect to resolve design deficiencies and code issues.
• Approve vendor billings and project submittals to optimize financial performance.
• Maintain project documents in Procore and coordinate subcontractor deliveries.
