Qualifications

• Direct outside B2B sales experience in commercial construction.
• Experience selling to general contractors, project managers, and field superintendents.
• Proven success acquiring new commercial customers through cold calling and jobsite visits.
• Experience developing territories, building sales pipelines, and closing new business.
• Strong construction industry relationships and negotiation skills.
