You will own financial performance and project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience managing ground-up and major renovation projects.
• Ability to develop, manage, and track project budgets and financial performance.
• Experience managing project schedules, including baseline development and updates.
• Strong understanding of contracts, scopes of work, and change orders.
• Coordinate with superintendents on field execution and project logistics.
• Experience managing subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract administration.
• Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and documentation workflows.
• Ability to forecast project costs and manage risk throughout lifecycle.
• Strong communication and leadership across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience using construction management software and project controls tools.
• Manage project closeout, turnover docs, and final accounting processes.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.
