Job summary

Surface Experts of Central Indiana is seeking a field-based sales associate to drive a planned Indianapolis route, build relationships with property and facility managers, and introduce our repair service with a proven script and coaching from day one.

You’ll work standard business hours, spend most days in the field with light admin, and receive onboarding, weekly coaching, and access to a dedicated support center for assistance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be based in or near Indianapolis— daily travel throughout the north and south side and nearby suburbs.
• Comfortable learning new software — CRM and routing tools provided and trained.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and follow a daily route with 12–15 stops across Indianapolis north/south and suburbs.
• Introduce our repair service to property managers and build relationships.
• Deliver a proven introduction and understand customer needs.
• Log visits and follow-ups in the software; keep the pipeline moving.
• Attend weekly team meetings to review numbers and receive coaching.
