TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is hiring an Onsite Collections Representative for our Mason, OH office. The role focuses on outbound calls and inbound inquiries to secure payments on past-due accounts.

Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B collections experience, skip tracing skills, FDCPA knowledge, and excellent phone etiquette.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound calling and handling incoming calls regarding past due accounts.
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due.
• Maintain accurate notes in the system and follow up as needed

Overview

Work Location: This is an onsite position at our Mason office.

Compensation: $16 per hour and up based on experience

Training Schedule: 2 Weeks Training/4 Weeks Nesting Monday-Friday 8A-5P

Production Schedule: After training and nesting - the production schedule is 9am-6pm Monday- Friday

Work Location: This is an onsite position at our office located at 5300 Kings Island Suite 103 Mason, OH 45090

Compensation: $15 per hour and up based on experience

Qualified candidates must have 3 years of previous collections & skip tracing experience.

At our contact centers, Collection Representatives are responsible for outbound calling as well as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts and securing payments on accounts that are past due.
