Truist in the United States is seeking a Sales Support Professional to assist Relationship Managers with pipeline accuracy, CRM data, and onboarding processes. You will support commercial client portfolios across segments, coordinating with IRM and other teams to drive portfolio growth.

The role involves service and loan support, processing forms, reports, and payments, while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education and related training.
• Three years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
• Strong communication, organizational and computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: assist Relationship Managers with pipeline accuracy, call prep, onboarding, CRM data accuracy, prospecting, and scheduling.
• Service Support: provide client service for commercial loans, deposits and fee services, process forms and documentation, and maintain data accuracy.
• Loan Support: assist with loan processes, ensure compliance with regulations, collect client information, and support collections where needed.
