Job summary

Truist College Station, TX is seeking a Commercial Client Specialist II to provide sales, service, and loan support to Relationship Managers and the Commercial team. This role supports a portfolio in the Commercial Community Bank segment with clients up to $500MM in annual sales.

The position involves assisting in the sales process, servicing loans and deposits, and ensuring accurate data, compliance with regulations such as Reg B and BSA/AML, and delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of related experience in financial services.
• Two years of CCS role experience.
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently.
• Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Completion of CCS training curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support, including pipeline accuracy, call prep, and CRM data upkeep.
• Support portfolio growth through referrals with RMs and IRM partners.
• Deliver superior client service and handle servicing of loans, deposits, and Treasury tasks.
• Assist in portfolio management, ensuring accurate client assignment and data.
• Deliver loan support and ensure compliance with Reg B and BSA/AML; gather client information.
• Assist in past due monitoring and collection activities as needed.
