Job summary

Truist in San Antonio seeks a dedicated Sales/Service and Loan Support specialist to back Relationship Managers and Commercial Credit staff across the Commercial Banking portfolio.

You will assist with pipeline accuracy, onboarding, reports, loan processing, and client servicing, ensuring timely, accurate data and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
• Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar.
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently.
• Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with sales support, including CRM data accuracy.
• Support portfolio growth by identifying referrals and coordinating with partners.
• Provide service support for loans, deposits and Treasury-related tasks.
• Assist with loan processing, documentation, and compliance tasks.
• Help manage client assignments and monitor reports for accurate servicing.
